Paula is a Psychology student at George Washington University (2018). She grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey before relocating to Houston, Texas where she discovered an intense love for tacos. She is currently training to run both the Chicago Marathon and the Philadelphia Marathon in the fall. Her favorite things are running, dogs, and Netflix. Since finding a way to combine running and dogs, she has begun working on a way to combine running and Netflix. In pursuit of this goal, she is also training to marathon watch the entire 5th season of House of Cards in one sitting. She hopes to finish in under 24 hours.

While he'll always be an Iowa boy at heart, he's currently living, teaching, and running in Washington, D.C.  When's he not running races, he's either running tour groups, dogs, or friends around the city.  He's been hitting the pavement ever since his mom dragged him out on his first run sixteen years ago.  Oh, and he loves chocolate chip cookies!

Christina has more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment and music industries having worked with artists including Elton John, Ringo Starr, U2, Sting, Phoenix, Mumford & Sons, Def Leppard, LL Cool J and Queen Latifah.  Her current focus is working as a music writer and photographer.  Fun fact: Christina is a Rock & Roll Jeopardy Champion (Episode #95).

Sarah is an Accounting student at George Mason University. She grew up between the great states of Georgia and Alabama before moving to the DC area in 2016. She is currently training to run the Marine Corps Marathon for the 2nd time and hopes to qualify for the New York and Boston. When she isn't running she's spending time with her husband and their dog exploring Virginia and finding all the pet-friendly coffee shops along the way.
